We love a good Shiraz at the Chop Houses. And this is most certainly that! A meat eater's dream wine. It spends 18 months in French oak to soften out the Shiraz acidity, and the oak brings a few spice & vanilla flavours to the party. Try with grilled meats, casseroles and mature cheeses and you’ll be a very happy bunny.
Very aromatic and inviting. Ripe black fruits (plum, blackberry). Cassis. Pepper spice. Vanilla oak, sweet tobacco, chocolate and espresso.
Again, all of the above. Great power but with lots of finesse. Lovely cross breed between New World and Old World Shiraz/Syrah.
