British shellfish, fennel and tender stem broccoli bisque
A light and flavourful soup made with Loch Fyne langoustine, British crab and seasonal fennel and tender stem broccoli. Served with a homemade garlic sourdough crouton.
A beautiful double fillet steak tenderloin, what the French call a "Chateaubriand". This meat is hand selected from rare breed Herefordshire cattle. It is lean and unbeatably succulent.
The Rolls-Royce cut of steak. This can be served cooked to any degree and will be tender whichever way you like it, from rare all the way to well-done.
We send it to you already cooked sous-vide so all you need to do is season, sear it and pop into a preheated oven until it reaches your desired doneness. (We will include detailed timings in your instructions)
We recommend medium rare but of course, the choice is yours.
The steak weighs 14-16oz (7-8oz per person).
