Beehive was established in Manchester in 2014 by food obsessed brothers Ross & Owen Parker.

Both come from foodie backgrounds, working in professional kitchens in Manchester and the North West. And both are passionate about food and about local produce and producers.

Their mission is to create delicious, virtuous artisan products using a local produce network - a Beehive of food.

"Our region is full of amazing produce and fantastic producers. We want to create food which celebrates the North and our fantastic traditions, as well as the innovation and quality which we have here.

"We use WH Frost's butchers in Chorlton for our fresh meat; we source our black pudding from The Bury Black Pudding Company; our potatoes come from Massey's family farm; we get our free range eggs from Kenyon's Farm; our fresh vegetables and fruits come from Smithfield Market; we use fresh milled flour from Holy Grain; and we have our incredible cheeses from The Crafty Cheese Man in Lancashire.

"The food network we have here is worth shouting about. Why would we need to look anywhere else? Manchester is famous for many things, probably not food historically, but there's absolutely no reason it shouldn't be. We have some of the best produce around."

All Beehive products are shelf life, allergen & nutritionally tested to ensure you get the very best and very safest product possible.

Beehive pies and scotch eggs are packaged in branded eco-friendly greaseproof paper. And chutneys & preserves come in our signature 225ml honeycomb shaped jars or are also available at wholesale in large catering tubs of 500g.
