"This Champagne House is very close to me as its premisis are where I was invested into the position of the Consul of the Ordre des Coteaux the Champagne L'Angleterre du Nord, in January 2020.
Chef de Cave Laurent Fresnet is a personal friend and he has visited the Chop Houses before to host a tasting event. I visited the House, for the third time, last October where we had a fascinating tasting of the whole House's range, including this BRUT, which is a very careful blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and the Pinot Meunier.
It is very well balanced and fresh with golden yellow colour. A real quality fizz. It has tropical fruit aromas and a palate of ripe fruits with a subtle and rounded finish.
Ideal as an aperitif, or with fish & chips and white meat dishes."
