Nose:

Ripe candied lemon flavours. Fresher saline notes. Spicy floral aromas. Toasted almonds.  

Palate:

Lively, chalky, pure. Granny Smith apples. Lemon. Oyster shell (classic). Great length.  

Grilled white fish oysters and wonderful with French goats cheese.
