The price includes canapés followed by a gourmet four-course dinner and matching Champagnes, petit fours, coffee, and a face-to-face tasting experience hosted by Jonathan Simms, Perrier - Jouet and G. H. Mumm Champagnes UK Ambassador and our very own George Bergier (who also happens to be the current Consul of L’Ordre Des Coteaux de Champagne).

The format for the evening will be as follows:

Welcome drink and canapés at 6:30

Pressed Rabbit & Foie Gras Terrine served with Damson relish and rye bread crisp

Warm Loch Durat Salmon served with French beans and Champagne fish cream

Pot Roast Guinea Fowl served with braised Swiss chard & sauce Forestiere

French Cheeses

Madagascan Vanilla Crème Brûlée 


Each course will be accompanied by a matching Champagne. Your meal has been carefully designed in collaboration with Jonathan.
