A wonderful ploughman's platter featuring ingredients from some of The North West's finest artisan makers.
This is humble food, expertly made. A real testament to the quality and talent of food produce and producers in our region. A real treat. A real feast.
The Cheese
All of our cheese comes from The Crafty Cheese Man. The Crafty Cheese man learned his trade at Mrs Kirkham's before becoming the manager of the cheese counter at Booth's. Now he produces some of the UK's most acclaimed cheeses. In fact he supplies cheese to Manchester's first Michelin starred restaurant.
The ploughman's contains:
125g truckle of Garstang blue

Our bread comes from Manchester's own Holy Grain Sourdough Bakery. Located in the Great Northern, this artisan bakery is producing small batches of slow-fermented, naturally-leavened breads. No machinery is used to produce the bread, even the flour is stone-milled by hand. Each loaf is unique. Each loaf is a masterpiece.
